Our Rates

To offer you maximum flexibility, No Worries Property Group has two rate bands. Band 1 is for all jobs excluding electrical and plumbing jobs*
The hourly rate is £24.00, rounded up to the nearest half hour, and starting with an initial £35.00 for the first hour only, this is a minimum job charge.
For longer jobs you can book more competitively, either by the half-day at £102.00 (4hrs) or £169.00 for a full day (7hrs).
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of booked work commencing, we also levy a £30.00 cancellation fee.
